Memory Tex-t Deuteronomy 3:27
This week we are still learning the mercy and grace of God in contrast to our sinful habits-Notice His willingness to forgive all those who stumble and fall, even those who should have know better like Moses. As Christians on the journey to New Jerusalem we have to be watchful all the time-how is our patience, self-control inter alia- Mind you in a moment of weakness and impatience we may loose sight of the Lord just like Moses.
In chapter 20-Numbers- death of Miriam and Aaron is recorded-It`s clear that the older generation was passing and the new one coming in. Though new blood is taking over there is still complainers-Who are these complainers? Proverbs 22:6 warns us about this - Train a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not turn from it.

3.Even though Moses didn`t follow God instructions why did God allow the water to come forth from the rock anyway?
